All Under One Roof
We understand that the risk transfer arena spans organisations of many different shapes and sizes. To ensure we reflect this diversity in our solutions, we adopt a flexible and open-minded approach at all stages in the process. Our clients capitalise on the full range of risk transfer options, from regional or national ‘A’ rated carriers right through to more unique structures, such as multi-faceted Captives which combine owned management, broking and TPA operations within one policy.
A healthy constitution
Our aim is always to develop solutions mapped precisely to the critical exposures our clients face. Partnering with a specialist Lloyd’s broker, for example, we have developed an innovative form of coverage developed specifically to protect healthcare institutions from claims handling exposures inherent in adjusting medical malpractice claims.
The coverage is designed to meet the needs of those institutions which are self-insured for professional liability and self-underwrite, rate and classify insureds and/or self-administer medical malpractice claims.
The product protects insureds and their employees against claims of medical malpractice alleging bad faith, deceptive claims practices and failure/negligence in providing professional services of claims handling, adjusting and underwriting.
Good times and bad
The potential size or scope of a claim is not what defines or dictates how we at Verve view or assess a particular risk. A robust insurance policy provides the protection which organisations rely upon in the event of a claim. That’s why we always work hand-in-hand with our clients to ensure we fully understand every aspect of their specific risk context to deliver a solution which they can depend upon in their time of need.
